Where can I see my document's word count? For Word files, the word count is displayed at the bottom of your screen. Make sure there are no highlighted texts in your document to obtain a more accurate counting. For PDF files, we suggest converting them to Word format to get their word count.
What will happen if I wrongly inputted my document's word count? Our delivery managers will assess your documents the soonest we receive your order. Any discrepancy in the word count will be sent to you.
If the discrepancy is only as few as 20 words, we will proceed in processing your order. An invoice will be automatically sent to your e-mail if the discrepancy is valuably significant.
