When we do exercise, our body releases endorphins, which are chemicals that create a happy feeling in brain. Plus, when we are exercising we will bring more oxygen into our lungs and our brain. Next, it will help you to improve your brain function and your memory. From my own opinion, the best reason why we need to exercise is because it is really fun actually. I know that most people think that exercising takes up a lot of time and it requires too much work. Actually, when people take the time to try exercising, they will realize that it is an enjoyable experience.

It does not matter how you do the exercise but it depends on as long as you are being active. Everyone enjoys different sports or activities, so it is important to figure out which is the best for us to do it.

It is important because when we are having fun, we do not even realize that our exercising and we will look forward to it every day. Setting goals and rewards will help us stay motivated and consistent with exercising. We must know that, there is no greater feeling better than achieving a weight lose goal and being able to feel good and confident about our own body. Endorphins produce feelings of euphoria and calmness in response to external stimuli like pain, excitement, and physical exertion You can solve these problems by exercising. According to experts, even 30 minutes of exercise a day is beneficial. You can start with 30 minutes and slowly increase your exercise time. Exercising becomes easier as the days go by.

You can incorporate exercise in your daily life by cycling, walking, taking the stairs, doing household chores etc. Join a gym and find a workout buddy. To get regular exercise, you can consider joining a gym where you can be guided properly by a coach. When I interviewed my mom about her experiences as a trainer, she told me that many gyms have classes and programs specifically for beginners or those that have "taken a break" from their previously active life. Many of the members of her beginner's class continuously told her that they didn't realize how easy it was to get back in shape.

Exercising with a friend helps you to exercise regularly and it can also make your workout less boring. You and a friend can take a class that will help teach you techniques and exercises to use over and again. Zumba is a fantastic way to have fun and exercise. It works all parts of the body through fun dance moves and music. Exercise increases energy levels and increases serotonin in the brain, which leads to improved mental clarity. It is clear that those who are active and who exercise are much more productive at work.
